PREORDER Policy

PREORDER Terms and Conditions  

Our Independent Consultant Policies prohibit us from pre-selling inventory that we haven't yet purchased. To follow these policies, we wait until our order has been confirmed from our distributor and we have been charged before making any item available for PREORDER.

Zi Collection pieces have historically become available each Fall season and retire the following Summer, while supplies last. (Subject to change) 

Blockbuster pieces have historically remained available on a continual basis, while supplies last. (Subject to change)

All other jewelry and accessories are available for purchase by Independent Consultants in limited quantities each weekday as "new releases."  In most cases, once inventory has been sold out, those pieces are no longer available. The hottest new releases can often sell out in less than one minute! 

PREORDER LISTING(S) are created when [additional] stock has been ordered, and the merchandise should be on its way to our store. PREORDER LISTING(S) allow you to proactively claim new inventory, and be the first to have it shipped out to you once received and stocked... By ordering a PREORDER, you agree to the PREORDER Terms and Conditions.

CAN ADDITIONAL JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES BE ORDERED WITH A PREORDER?
Yes! You can order any item available on our site to accompany your PREORDER item(s).  All items will be shipped together once your PREORDER item(s) arrive.  If you would like other item(s) to arrive sooner, we recommend placing a separate order. USPS charges to ship each order; therefore, shipping costs are applicable to each order. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PREORDER ITEM(S)? 
We typically receive our product from the distributor within one week.  However, at times of peak demand, orders can take longer. (In the Spring/Summer of 2020, it reportedly took as long as three weeks). Once we receive the merchandise, we will ship PREORDER item(s) the same or next business day, depending on the time of day when received. Items are shipped from North Carolina via USPS, with normal delivery times within the continential US. 

WHAT IF WE DON'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT?  
In the unlikely event we don't receive our order due to carrier damage, lost in transit, distributor inventory error, etc, we will refund 100% of the PREORDER cost + related tax.  If no other item(s) were ordered along with your PREORDER item(s), we will also refund shipping. If other items were ordered with your PREORDER item(s), we will ship those to you; tax and shipping applies to remaining order.
